Minimal documentation is required, and can fund same day if necessary.
Fee dependent on amount of loan and amount of time money is tied up in escrow (which ideally should be minimal in a properly executed double close)
Will only fund the purchase price for the front end ("A to B") transaction after the end buyer ("B to C" transaction) funds escrow.
Legal documents and title should be clear that A to B funds cannot leave escrow until the B to C transaction is fully funded.
No upfront fees and we only get paid when you close.
