Specific questions on the terms are best left for our underwriting team after they have looked at your deal since you will be speaking directly to the experts who will be working with you to determine the terms of the loan.
Once our underwriting team has reviewed your information, they will contact you to go over the application you submitted and the details of the underlying deal.
They will then go over the terms of the financing if they decide to underwrite the loan to make sure you understand all the details. If they cannot do it at the moment, call us back at (855) 466-7773 and we might be able to talk about accessing our private lender and investor network to see if there is something else we can do to make your deal viable.
Once terms are offered and accepted, from there our team will order an appraisal and do small document collections.
Finally we will set up for the actual closing of the transaction once all the paperwork is in order.
